Textgram Terms of Service
Textgram – Mermaid & PlantUML Diagrams with AI ("the app") is provided by Jorge Carreras, trading as Falker, Spain ("we", "us").
Agreement
- When you get the app through the Atlassian Marketplace, your use is governed by the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement adopted on the app's listing, together with these terms as additional, app-specific terms.
- Our Data Processing Addendum at https://textgram.app/dpa.html applies to personal data processed through the app, and our privacy policy at https://textgram.app/privacy.html describes how the app handles data.
AI-generated content
- AI generation is optional and produces suggestions. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete: review a diagram before you rely on it or share it.
- You are responsible for what you type into the AI description. Do not enter special categories of personal data or confidential information you are not allowed to process.
- To keep the service available for everyone, we may limit the volume of AI requests per site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
